The SBK Research and Development is a local company, was established in 1999 to provide consultancies services on social infrastructure development, engineering & researches. Our clients include government agencies, NGOs and private companies. So far, we have implemented 17 projects in Cambodia involving both national & international clients. Our staff & consultants have many years of experience with research, monitoring and evaluation and project management.
